Robert Rich completed extensive training as a Public Insurance Adjuster. Rob Rich got firsthand experience in seeing how insurance companies engaged in undercutting individuals to avoid paying in full. Soon after, Rob Rich met a Public Adjuster whose profession inspired him to begin his own career as a Public Insurance Adjuster in order to focus on the needs of clients rather than the needs of the insurance company.
